Bye bye TRL Studios

As we know, MTV TRL is no more. And now as the news circulates that the studio itself is being put up for lease, let’s go back in time for a moment and enjoy the Tokio Hotel memories that helped bring so many of you into the fandom. We will miss you TRL and wish you were still here to showcase Tokio Hotel again for Humanoid.

Great news! Tokio Hotel is nominated for two awards in Italy! The MTV TRL Awards 2009 will take place in Trieste (Piazza dell’Unità) on May 16th,and they will be aired on MTV Italia. Their two nominations are Best Band, which anyone in the world can vote for and Best TRL Artist, which can only be voted for within Italy.
So, here’s all you need to do to vote for Best Band. First, go to the voting page, which is here: Link Link
Then, click on Best Band
Then, click on Vota next to their name. That’s it!

Where? TRL Studios – HEART of Times Sq. Which is 42nd and 8th roughly. You can’t miss it. You walk towards the BIG place where the ball drops and BAM it’s right there on your left. It has crazy pictures in the windows and the MTV store is RIGHT below it.
When? 3:30pm on March 20th. We’re meeting at like 3:00ish just to pass out posters and such. Make shirts/posters and come on down. The studios are in the heart of Times Sq.
