Official Russian Fanclub Party

Woot! The Official Tokio Hotel Russian Fanclub had a year-end party and they said it is okay to share their experience with the world! Thank you! The fanclub is here if you speak Russian and want to check it out!

Our street team girls tried to teach other girls to skate. It was very funny! While skating, they were playing Tokio Hotel at the skating-rink! When fans heard it they started dancing right on the ice! And during World Behind My Wall everybody started to sing! After skating-rink we went to the cafe. It was a great day with tonnes of fun!

Oh my gosh! It looks like so much fun!

Fan Party – Milan

We have some updates from the party in Milan. It was chaotic and like the one in Hamburg, a lot of fans showed up to show support, hope for a glimpse of the band and maybe somehow get in, even without a ticket. It was very short, more like just a question and answer session.

h 12.15: there are something like 100 people.. lots of people trying to get in without the ticket..
Girls who won the ticket had to get in to get their pass, so they have already seen the stage.. there are four red chairs on the stage.
there is a lot of confusion.
afterwards a number will be drawn to meet the band.

h 1.09 pm: they changed the entrance. people are fighting about who arrived first. there are 500 people tops, including fans without a ticket.

h 1.23: we are queueing right now. it’s hot, and there are lots of people..

h 1.58: everybody is screaming, but the guys aren’t there yet.. we’re getting in!

h 2.03: i’m in.. something behind the stage is moving.. there are 4 red chairs on the stage and a banner.

h 2.09: it’s a mess! there are screens broadcasting THTV episodes..

h 2.21: seems like the guys will arrive at 3pm.. it’s a mess here..

h 2.40: far ago only people with the tickets got in. it’s crazy here. we’re less than 500.

h 2.50: they’re recording us while we sing Tokio Hotel songs, to keep us calm.

h 2.54: they’re making us say in German like “my name is Sara”.

h 3.00: some guys from the recording company got in to host. we’ll hear a minute from all the songs in the new album. then we’ll see a video with exclusive photos, then questions will be asked.
it’s the english album!

h 3.24: as two fans can’t go to the Meet & Greet they won, now they’ll draw two of the numbers they gave us earlier.
people without the ticket didn’t get in.
now we’re watching an exclusive interview.

h 3.40: they’re broadcasting the last THTV episode, the one with Ingrid and Klaus..

h 3.42: now we’re watching the first episode of THTV.. someone outside is saying that the guys arrived..

h 3.53: another THTV episode..

h 4.00: another one!

h 4.05: THEY’RE IN! Gustav’s wearing a t-shirt with “Cowboy boy” written on it; Bill’s got a black t-shirt, a necklace, silver suspenders; Georg’s wearing a black leather jacket and a white t-shirt; Tom’s got a black t-shirt and a black jacket with red and white stripes. IT’S A COMPLETE MESS!

h 4.11: the audience screamed “Gustav, Gustav, Gustav!” and he stood up for us.. then we screamed the other guys’ names but they didn’t stand up, lol

h 4.12: they’re asking questions right now.
h 4.20: it’s over.

Milan Fan Party Update

So, thank you to AlixDisney for this piece of news. It appears that the chance to win a ticket to attend this party is definitely for the lucky. Basically, you can pre-order Humanoid in all the Feltrinelli and Ricordi Media Stores, from Sept. 7th to Sept. 21st. You’ll be given a card with a code, then you have to fill in a form with this code and cross fingers to be one of the 500 drawn out. Drawing will be held by September 23.

And also with the code, you can get a Tokio Hotel Habbo Pack. (I don’t know what that is, is that like a Neopets code, where you get something for your online pet or something?)

Fan party in Milan, Italy

It has been announced that there will be a fan party, with the band there! in Milan on September 27, 2009. More details will be coming, it will probably be something like the one in Germany was where you have to win tickets, but we know nothing more.

Fan Party Hamburg Update

Hey all, so far 120 winners have been chosen for the Fan Party being held November 30 in Hamburg! 18 countries are represented! Today, the USA got their second winner, a lucky girl from California and Croatia entered the list of countries with winners! In case you are geek like me, here is a chart showing all the countries and how many winners from each!

Official Update on Fan Party Age Requirements

Thank you to all who were patient as this was resolved. Here is the officially official announcement about the rules.

FAN PARTY – CONTEST RULES & AGE RESTRICTION!
We´ve received a lot of sad emails over the last few days from fans asking why they are not allowed to particpate in the Fan Party contest if they are under the age of 16. We have now tried to figure out a way to make it possible for fans under 16 to participate as well! Please read the contest rules below for answers to this and other questions:

1. Fans who are under the age of 16 may not participate in the Fan Party contest*- no exceptions (this is due to German law*- no way around it).

2. If you are younger than 16 years old you can ask your parents to participate in the contest. In the case they win they can come with you (+ you can also bring one friend) to the fan party. We´ll set up a separate area for parents in the entrance area of the venue (parents may not enter the fan party though. The reason for this: We want to give as many fans as possible the chance to participate in the event and we don´t want parents to take up fan spots). Every fan under the age of 16 MUST bring their mother / father (siblings, relatives, friends of the family etc. do NOT count). Here is an example: Let´s say Patricia is 14 years old – she can NOT participate in the contest but her mother can and let´s assume she wins a ticket. Now her mother (and only her mother since her details are included on the ticket) can come with Patricia to the fan party. Since the mother won´t take up a spot, Patricia can also bring one of her friends. HOWEVER, if her friend is under the age of 16, her friend also needs to bring her mother or father. Otherwise access will be denied for the friend.

3. When you participate in the fan party contest you need to make sure that all the data you enter is 100% correct*- all your details will be included on the Fan Party ticket. The only way you will get access to the fan party is if ALL data on your ticket matches the data in your passport exactly!

4. It is not possible to change the data on your ticket. If you can´t come to the party for some reason your ticket can NOT be transferred to someone else.

5. Anyone who wants to enter the fan party needs to have a passport and their personalized fan ticket!

6. Data of all winners will be saved and available for the people at the door on the night of the fan party (they will double check every single person´s data!).

7. We hope that all these explanations clarify the situation. Please do not contact the venue (Hühnerposten) for any inquiries since they are not involved in the planning of the event.

8. In REALLY urgent cases you can send an email to: TokioHotelFanparty@Gmail.com – please only send sincere inquiries about the fan party (and only about the fan party) to this address. We will try to get back to you as soon as possible (we will only answer questions that are not already explained in the contest rules*- these rules can NOT be changed under any circumstance)

We want to make this a great event for everyone*- please make sure to stick to the rules and don´t try to bend them. Good luck to everyone and sorry for any inconvenience.

As a gigantic THANK YOU for your unbelievable support at the MTV Video Music Awards in Los Angeles the band decided to host a wicked party for their fans in Hamburg, Germany! All 540 exclusive tickets will be given out to you guys via this page and here is how you can get your hands on two of these precious tickets:

Register from 19:15 UTC (GMT) until 18:30 UTC the following day. From all participants we will pick 10 lucky winners who will receive 2 tickets to this ultra cool Tokio Hotel Fan Party! Winners will be picked from October 29th to November 24th – each day at 19:00 UTC! 10×2 tickets – 27 days long – NEW DRAW EVERY DAY!

Here are the rules for this contest – please read CAREFULLY:
* Only one registration is allowed per user and per day – users registering more than once a day will be excluded from the respective drawing!
