Tokio Hotel has won an award in Poland! They won Band of the Year – Bravoora Award 2009! This is the Polish equivalent to the German Bravo Otto award! It’s a beautiful award, isn’t it?

OMG. We did it again. Or is that OOPS we did it again. Tokio Hotel wins at the 2010 NRJ Awards. Best International Band. All the drama, all the worry, all the VOTING paid off. So proud of that band. They deserve this award.

SO HAPPY!

But not without drama. At first, it was announced that the Black Eyed Peas had won, but then they corrected the mistake. Read it all at the forum, it was pretty insane! Starting on page 25!

Tokio Hotel receives award

(translation by Pat) The Bayern Music-Lion goes to Tokio Hotel, among others! The State Secretary Dagmar Wöhrl announced this Friday in Berlin.

Wöhrl said, the Music-Lion will be presented even though the music gathering “Popkomm” was cancelled. We want to give out a message/sign to Europe to show them what the German music business has to offer. Besides the awards for the musicians ,one of the Porcelain Lions will go to youth magazine “Bravo” for “50 years of Newcomer Development” and to On3, the Bayerischen rundfunks for Newcomer Development Multimedia.

The award presentation of the «Bayerischen MusicLions 2009» will be on september 17 (20:00) in Berlin. The night will be presented by TV host Marco Schreyl.
