I agree with @azrael415, I think it’s just Tom. The eyes are different, and besides, the Bill side would have his eyebrow piercing and the mole on his chin.
With that said, it’s really awesome. She did an amazing job

I dont think it’s a merging of Bill and Tom, I think its just Tom. But I totally love it!!! He’s drawn so well here.
