Recently, on a visit to the USA, Bill was spied wearing these shoes. The fashion sleuths of the fandom have identified these as Giorgio Brato, Spring Summer, 2010.
Round toe with suede edging. Reinforced metal eyelets. Suede inserts on sides. Quilted, ribbed stripes along topline. Leather insole with perforated leather lining. Thick rubber sole.
They run around $160 in the USA. Do you like them?

maybe he doesnt know there leather…… it could be one of those cases where the designer gave them to him for free to promote the shoes or something. so he might not know.
besides the point, ive always wanted to be able to buy a pair of shoes that bill has, just cuz there all so damn sexy and so i could say that i have bill kaulitz shoes xD but im poor:( lol i guess ill just have to become famous like him xD

Hey, I just realized you asked about suede. Suede is a type of leather made from the under side of the skin, primarily lamb, although goat, pig, calf and deer are commonly used.

Hee hee… I really hear you on this, frodo, but I don’t think he’s claimed to be vegan, right? And wisely so, because while clothes are relatively easy, decent non-leather shoes are the toughest thing to find even for a motivated vegan, even for a *rich* motivated vegan, especially when you’re as much of a shoe-hog as the guys are. I’m not saying you can’t find them; I’m just saying, from experience, that there are very few decent-looking, well-made, well-fitting pair out there. Sorry; don’t mean to sound like I’m trying to defend him from anything; just putting that out there. :)

Bill is a vegetarian so leather is still ok. He owns and wears a lot of leather things. He has said though that he doesn’t use animal products in clothes he has designed/made especially for him. Like the Humanoid City outfits that AussieFan01 mentioned.
