IN TOWN to perform at Singfest, German pop rock band Tokio Hotel raved about the warm reception they got from Singapore fans.
This marks the band’s second visit, after its first showcase here during the Audi Fashion Festival in April.
Vocalist Bill Kaulitz mused that meeting Singapore fans was a “magic moment” because of the emotions they expressed, and that they were very energetic despite the warm and humid weather here.
The band, which also comprise Bill’s guitarist twin brother Tom, drummer Gustav Schäfer and bassist Georg Listing, also shed light on how they cope with bad press, why they don’t Twitter, and who has a girlfriend now.
Tom and Bill also showed their close bond and admitted that they once had the same girlfriend.

I know this is a bit silly but on part 5 at 1:10 or something Bil and Tom said “we,ve never been in Tokio” at the exact same time That´s really funny because only Bill had a microphone so if you look at Tom you see him speaking with Bill’s voice ha ha

i loved this interview!!!!! at first when i watched that one part where it talked about Tom overdosing on viagra,Bill being in a car accident and Gustav getting hit in the head with a glass bottle, i was a bit hesitant to watch it because i thought they were gona bring it up agian(and we alll know the media should really let those incidents go cause its over, its done and thats that.) but im glad they kept it professional and they didnt make Tokio Hotel feel uncomfortable.
moving on! I really love how Tom says “bullshit.” however he is right about stuff written by the media being 98% bullshit.
and omg!!! im so proud of Bill!! he has really improved his english(I know, I know everybody has said that….but whatever) He is starting to pronounce words a lot better and you can tell his vocabulary is growing. Not just Bill, but Tom, George and Gustav have improved their english! Which is why they should come to America!!! so they can blow away peoples minds by how excellent their english has become over the years!!!!and also so they can play mind blowing concerts.hehe

Did anyone see the latest episode of “if you really knew me” on mtv?!
oh well yeah anyways, there was this one girl with glasses i think her name was Brittney
and yeah at the end of the episode when she was hugging everybody, she was wearing a Tokio Hotel shirt!
(it was a black shirt with only Bill on it, and he’s like holding his necklace.)
Well i got so excited, i was even crying, i dont why but yeah, lol it was awesome!

Bill has some “fashion plans” that he can’t talk about!? :O!!! On the second part when Bill said Georg is lucky to have a gf, he seems so sad…And DAMN everyone’s English is as good as Gustav’s now!! But why do people only ask about the twin’s bday and their plans for it and not Gustav’s..? Overall great interview!!

One of the best interviews they ever did. And yes, I will repeat what people before me said, Bill’s english is AMAZING.
So many adorable, cute moments in here. How Bill corrected himself with ‘rent’ themepark, the tweeter conversation and how he doesn’t understand why celebrities will use it, how he is saying word ‘stupid’, Bill talking about Gustav and Georg being themselves in clothes they wear. Just whole interview is just marvelous!!!

omg im soooo mad rite now. The twins want to go to Las Vegas for their birthday and im going this weekend D*;. its only a four hour drive from here in LA. i doubt my parents will want to go back and also i have my second day of school that day.
but anyway. i love how much they have improved on their english. haha and i think all of their interview from Asia are probly the best interview they have done.

Great 5 part video interview! and again I know this might sound repetitive, but wow just listen to bill speaking english, using the slang appropriately, and some bigger vocab words and expressive phrases (e.g. “if gustav wore something else, he would look stupid b/c it’s not him, it’s not gustav”; “it’s always like a magic moment”; “it’s about self-confidence”; “I don’t have any specific style” etc).
Now compare that to when they were on TRL for the first time back in 2008, and Damien asked Bill to talk about the rsg video, and Bill’s delayed, incorrect response: “About Noo Yawk?” lol
the boys have come such a long way since then!
