well ummmmm the mole is on the wrong side if that is a mole (might be discoloration from the photo) ….. so that might not be Bill …. but it might be also ….. my thought is that the smily baby is Bill and the other is Tom but i well probably never know!!

if you look at the smiling baby’s eyes you can easily tell its bill because of the shape of his eyes. and the other one is tom because of his expression

I’m going with tube baby is Bill. Because the mole on the chin has been brought up, and it is on the wrong side of the baby’s chin, however, I have one on my neck that moved as I got older, and one on my wrist as well. Since your skin grows and changes as you get older I think it’s possible. Other than that it’s hard to tell…

look at the eyes people lol bills eyes have allways been to far apart lol not a bad thing thats what makes him model quality but teah his eyes are further apart than toms :) thats how i tell them apart 100% for sure toms the one smileing bills the one not

I think there both adorable when they were born, but the one who is smiling is Bill because he’s always been the one with the most energy. And the other is Tom because he always had a serious demeanor. There easy to tell if you know the Kaulitz Twins.

Inner-tube Baby is Bill because there is a small mole on the right of his chin, which Bill has, and that makes Smiley Baby Tom :)

I think the baby in the tube is Tom and the baby behind is Bill. Bill always know how to look gud in front of camera, look at his smile,its Bill. And i think the baby in tube looks pale because of the flash of camera cuz he’s closer to the camera and the mole is maybe some dirt because he has one in his eyebrows too! well no matter which one is which they must be the cutest twins ever!!!

and even if the one in the front has a beauty mark, I’ve seen people lose beautymarks that they had …..plus it looks more like a little scab or something rather than a beauty mark no?
