a screenshot is basically a picture of your screen… if you have a pc, there should be a button on your keyboard that says, “print screen” or some variation (e.g. Prnt Scrn). Press that. When nothing happens don’t worry — open up Paint and press edit, paste. your screenshot should appear…

you go to where it says “link” on thus page, when you get the the other page, go to one of the banners and click on it, then copy one of the codes below it. after that go to whatever place and paste it.
then for the screen shots you press the PrtScrn button on the key bored. and then go to Microsoft word, or paint and paste it there, a picture will come up of your screen, save it to your computer then go back to the link and fill in the stuff and click browse and look for what you saved the picture under then upload =]
