These are a meet and greet from the Luxembourg stop on the 1000 Hotels Tour, March 7, 2008. I find them fascinating in so many ways. Like…
- Does it seem like the twins have grown 2 feet since then?
- Are you able to not go googly-eyed because of Bill’s stripes?
- Do Georg’s cheekbones look like they could cut glass?
- Is that hat on Georg a fashion hit or miss?
- Are you as jealous of Gustav’s tan in MARCH as I am?
I purposely left them big even though I know they will stretch the page a little. And thank you to Melanie for sharing these pictures and knowing when they were from!!! 
I happened across one of them in some google search and I had never seen it before and she had three more! She is an organizational goddess.
And to anyone who is a newer fan, yes, Bill’s face looks chubbier. This was back just before he had his vocal cord surgery and while it has never been confirmed, some believe he was on a steroid medicine at the time. Hence the puffy cheeks.
And then I got sad and remembered the note from the band just a few weeks after this meet and greet, asking fans not to be mad at them for canceling the shows.

Sheesh It really irks me when people say they want the old TH back…Umm HELLO!!! don’t you change every few years well, why can’t they. They aren’t just subjected to one style their whole life. They are allowed to change their hair and they way theu perform. They’re only human just like us and do get bored with the same style wouldn’t you. Oh and I have the 1000 Hotels poster in my room :)

I would imagine Bill had to be on steroids both before and after his throat surgery. Steroids can be great drugs but some of the side affects suck. I like the stripes.

I like stripe overload….Bill never ceases to please. I think they are look cuddly cute! :) Nothing has changed…except that Bill is a devilishly hot man!!! Haha! :) He stole my heart back then and he still hasn’t given it back! But thats ok I want him to have it! lol

on TH TV, Bill said his cheeks were fat because he ate 4 or 5 sausages a day……
they look like little kids compared to how they look now…
Georg’s hat is nice, but it would be better if he pulled it down a bit more.
these are good, but i love them better the way they look now, and i love Tom’s cornrows way more… the look more mature now!!!

Naah…I think Bill and Georg were serious in Caught on Camera about Bill eating 4 or 5 sausages at one sitting. Seems like something Bill would do, and also being a teenager at the time. Whenever we see pics of Bill’s chubby cheeks we always shout “Sausage days!” :-)
