This lovely girl gives German lessons on youtube and is followed by lots of Tokio Hotel fans. Apparently, people were asking her about the band and she has responded. I love how she says the EMA performance made her respect them a lot.

If only she knew that a lot of us started or learning German because of them. I know I did. Well of course the idea of learning a new language always interested me and the German language was one of them. I really like the fact that she liked the EMA performance instead of dening it like others because they think if they like at least a bit of TH they woun’t be “cool” anymore or something you know. Which doesn’t make any sense. Anyway I knew who she was or at least looked familiar. I use to watch some of her videos and learned a couple of german words. Good that she talked about Tokio Hotel. :)

I was on holiday in Hong Kong, and i switched onto a channel and they were airing MTV Greece.
and i was lyk..OooHHh WhooOo are they???
amazzzinggg songgs.
The lead singer gave like a “look”, or was it a bit of a wink to the audience…n i was lyk…omg HOt hOT.
And then I got researching, n i was lyk…wait…I knOw these guys…
They’re the same guys on that “Automatic” video!!!
but see, in New Zealand, we never got the Scream album. Humanoid is their first album released in New Zealand, so like yeah. I suppose that makes me quite a new fan. But lyk…just as passionate <3

My friend kept talking about this band and I was like pfft lead singer looks like a girl and really disliked them, then as a favour i helped her make a fansite for them and then i listened to one of their songs and been hooked ever since, like obsessed.

If you realized, It may not be the same for everyone that the monsoon video is right in alignement with one of the side bars that hold a video from teh Humanoid City tour and it’s so amazing how they have become an internationally famous band not just in Europe but ALL AROUND THE WORLD!! The song Monsoon really hit me hard when I listened to it. Off topic I love how he just like stand horizontally with the mic teehee he is so gorgeous, handsome is not sufficient for something that beautiful. I cannot put into words what these 4 boys have given me

In the late 1970′s/Early 1980′s (it was a long time ago, I can’t remember that far back!) another famous singer that wore makeup and was very ‘androgenous’ looking got booed off the stage at a concert in a park in La Puente, California. I was fascinated by how he didn’t let it stop him, and how he won over some of the crowd by the time he left the stage.
Bill and Tokio Hotel remind me of that singer, and Tokio Hotel has gone on to prove their musical ability over and over.
By the way, that singer I saw in the park? His name was Prince.

on another note…it sometimes make me a little angry that they always say that they are a teen band with only teen fans, I’m 25 years old and am absolutely crazy about them!! though I do feel like a teen when people I know mention Tokio Hotel I turn into a total fan-girl!!

Monsoon will always be one of my absolute favorite songs, because it was my first TH song and that was what got me hooked on them- i love this perormance especially because of all the power and emotion they bring to it-even though they always do, i still love this performance :)

right, i should confess I am indeed a new fan, compared to most of you guys here.
I first knew them when they performed for EMA’09 with their world behind my wall. My eldest sis and I were literally blown away to south africa by their performance, we proudly agreed they’d be our new obsession. I mean they’re that original and..cool, to grasp our attention just like that? (we didn’t even noe who they were, and we’re like “why call themselves tokio hotel? and ooo, germans?? who the fuck are they seriously??”)Basically we were frustrated “how could we not know there’s this awesome band??”
Simply genius and pure talent. Plus, my eldest sis was amazed by how Bill could pull off such look with eye-liner and make-up stuffs (my sis is a professional make-up artist)and Tom made me faint. almost literally too.
All by that single performance in EMA09
So afterwards, we started our ‘research’ on them and well..we are officially huge fans of TH.
this ‘wet-monsoon’ came later on when my sis browsed for their older videos on youtube and …
yeah, we could not breathe. seriously. how old were they? 17? 18? and they’d that stage presence that’s almost as powerful as that of LINKIN PARK for fuck’s sake.
I’m taking my hat off and giving them standing ‘O’.

That girl is so cool! She speaks the truth. People really are jealous of our boys, and they need to get a life. Honestly. The boys work hard for their success and they deserve every bit of it. People who hate them really don’t have a good excuse. It may be their opinion, but if someone hates Tokio Hotel just because they are jealous of the success, then they definitely do not have ANY excuse. And those fans that were booing during the EMAs, that makes me sick. I’m serious, when I heard those boos, my stomach started hurting. I really do not like that. But on a positive note, the boys looked and sounded great! Bill, Georg, and Gustav look best, and Tom looked normal. xD That is personally my favorite Tokio Hotel performance of all time. I really love it. That was their first time at the EMA’s and they won Best Interact. I’m proud of them. =D

By TH performance a girl commented that Bill should have sung in German. Anyway most of the people had been waiting for hours to see TH on the red carpet.

What I like som much about the EMA performance is that so many in the audience was booing at them at first, and when they were finished playing the song the whole audience was sheering. I remember that after that moment I felt like Tokio Hotel had finally proven to everybody that they are a serious band, and they are here to stay.

I have so much respect for this girl! Honestly, why can’t all people be as nice as her!? Even though shes not really a fan, she did a video and said that they were a real band and worked really hard and did an awesome job at the EMA’s.
And again WOW, was she right about that preformance. It gives me shivers everytime i watch it :) I swear i really need to stop watching them live… it just makes me want them so bad in america! I want to go to one of there concerts terribly!

I like her. Even though she’s not a fan, and isn’t really into their music, she’s still mature enough to give them due respect and even recommend them to other people. I think that’s great.
