Right now… my brain is melted. It feels like a dream 
I think what surprised me the most was actually what happened before the concert. All of the rumors about the French being rude and violent during concerts??? Those are all gone from my thinking after all of what happened in Lyon. We had great organization skills of the line thanks to Diane, and lucky for us, security decided to cooperate and went with our number system, even putting forth their effort to literally force girls who didn’t have numbers out of the line and to the back!
When 6:30 came, we had already been sitting in cramped little spaces with each other, having been sectioned off in order to keep calm throughout the line. We stood for about an hour before they finally let us in. Of course, we were told not to run, and I even got held back with a couple of other girls for doing so with the first security guys. Then came the second set, and I scuttled past them before I full out ran past the third set. They just stared at me and let me run xD lol
My first instinct was to run to Tom’s side, but then I realized that I wouldn’t get the full view of all of the boys that I wanted 
Including Bill clad in leather x3 So I hurried on over to the catwalk and elbowed my way into the last spot.
It seemed like it took forever for the show to finally start; they played lots of music, and the fans would scream when there were long pauses. We anxiously watched as the light trusses were lowered and guys got into them. Then finally, the lights went out, but I had already been struggling to stay standing what with elbows in my back, people groping my chest and others even tried putting their knees between my legs O_o
I never thought I would UBER fangirl… but I did xD I couldn’t help but scream like I was a 14 year old girl again lol. The full egg was in view, and YES, it was completely functional! 
I can’t… wrap my mind around everything that happened next But I remember Tom and Georg bursting from the egg to go run to their respective sides and Bill did a funky little dance with his legs 
I don’t even know wtf it was. It was kicking and skipping and jumping all rolled into one with the flailing of his arms at the top of the catwalk.
We all said “Tom” during “Komm” and I don’t know if it was just me O_o but I think Bill started saying Tom’s name as well… V heard it too, but… I dunno xD We might be delusional lol.
The inside of the venue wasn’t as hot (nor as empty) as I thought it would be until we got the giant columns of fire. It felt like they singed my eyebrows a little lol I can only imagine how the boys felt since they were even closer to them than I was!
Bill’s lines seemed a bit rehearsed :/ But… I loved them anyway, like when he said he loved us so much and called us his aliens x3 We actually did look like aliens earlier when we were all wrapped up in space blankets to stay warm lol There were lots of shiny gold and silver foiled bodies everywhere =P
OMG Humanoid acoustic was just… I thought it was really beautiful that way, and then Geisterfahrer really had my head reeling. I felt like crying xD Stupid me. I was a bit sad that I couldn’t really see anything but Tom’s face when he played piano during Zoom, but I loved the expressions that he made. He seemed really into the song. 
Then there was the video of the boys as they got ready to come back on stage for “Dogs Unleashed”. So cute *-* I just wanted to leap into the video to kidnap them all! So in the next song, Bill… started slapping the back of his motorbike while sort of rocking back and forth on it (do I have enough of these dead icons yet?) Besides his sexy self… His eyes glowed 
He seemed so happy to be there! Both he and Tom spoke a little bit of French, and their smiles were so bright! I happened to catch Bill’s eyes for about ten to fifteen seconds when he came up the catwalk and stopped at the edge… I stopped singing, I was in so much awe x3
And I really love how the boys transitioned into the chorus of “Monsoon” during the instrumental of “Screamin’” before they went back into the song. Durch den Monsun was VERY strong. It reminded me of Oberhausen off of the Zimmer DVD… such nostalgia.
Gustav also seemed very happy, especially when the whole arena started shouting his name right after Tom had thrown his water bottle. Georg came out, and Gustav pointed at him, and it seemed as if everyone was confused at first lol Like they didn’t know what to say. Poor Georg But then we shouted Georg’s name before we switched back to Gustav, and he did his traditional thing that you always see him do with the fans =P I had always wanted to do that with him ever since the Zimmer tour, and I finally got my chance tonight!
And of course, they ended with “Fuer Immer Jetzt” and red and blue confetti flew everywhere. I was just… I don’t know how to explain it! But I caught a piece and tucked it into my wallet x3
I was very sad when the egg started closing and Bill’s face started to disappear D: Tom’s face was the last to go, and then the lights went out and everyone was sad ;__;
Currently, my legs hurt from standing, and my hips are bruised from sleeping on concrete for the past five days but lol… I think it was totally worth it. And not only did we get an amazing concert experience, but we got incredible memories with the fans. Two of them will be in Marseilles, but we’re going to keep in contact on Facebook now 
We ended our farewells with a kiss to each cheek and a goodbye in French. It’s the best memory that I have so far now, and I’m so glad that this all happened in France. I never thought I could love this country, but the people here were all so kind, patient and helpful, and the Tokio Hotel concert here in Lyon will probably be my most cherished of memories.

I was in Lyon too and I confirm : it was the best day of my life ! Such an awesome concert, the guys were so lively, happy and all ! AWESOME ! Bill’s voice was SUPERB !

Wow 5 days. Total respect to you girl!!!! I’ve never been to a Tokio Hotel concert either toho!. Mainly because my parents are soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo uptight!! But when they come to America they need to come to Charlotte North Carolina!!!!!!

Ah! France, home of the Frenchy-French speakers. ;) The description/review was downright hypnotizing. I couldn’t look away from the screen while reading. It was amazing. I hope to one day have a concert experience as good as this one appears to have been.

needed more dead bananas…i would have used way more dead bananas…lol….sounds like an amazing time….which is a given =D…..its good to hear that the boys are having such a great time….i only hope that one day i can do something i love for the rest of my life….they are some lucky guys =D….
bruised hips from 5 days of sleeping on concrete would totally be worth it….
and they best come to america….of course with my luck they will come to chicago when i’m back in montana =(…..well there is Denver…hmm….or maybe Salt Lake or Seattle….i’m thinking road trip if that be the case…lol

I remember the first TH concert I went to was in Las Vegas during their first American tour, but the venue was really small cuz they didnt have a very big American fan base back then.
But Ive been dyinggg to see them live in a big venue with lots of fans.
The energy of something like that must be amazingggg x 34839048!
Hopefully youll be able to see them perform soon (:
