The signing that was eagerly anticipated today in Finland had to be canceled because of a frozen sea between Sweden and Finland. According to our staffer Wampykitty, who is there and traveled the sea the night before:
They had to break ice to get ship through. Sounded like huge boulders rolling down a hill.

“Teenage girls favorite band Tokio Hotel had to cancel their planned signing session for Sunday afternoon.
German band was supposed to sign autographs 14:30 at Itäkeskus, Helsinki.
Signing session had to be cancelled as well as other promotion interviews planned for today because boys are still on their way from Stockholm to Turku, tells Sini Tiainen from Universal Music to MTV3 news.
Complicated ice situation disturbs the boat traffic in Baltic sea. The boat of Tokio Hotel left from Stockholm late and had to use diversion arriving to Turku.

I think it’s because they have so many buses and trucks (didn’t they say it was like 50, or have I dreamed that?), they probably don’t fit on an airplane.. and it would take a lot more time with security!

I have to agree with Bill on hating winter as well….snow around Christmas…and then that crap can just go away!! Bring on the sun and beaches…lol….If I was on that boat I would be flipping out…I’d be so happy to see land after all the ice and junk….I hope then made it to Finland safe and sound….and ready to rock tonight =D

Yes. I’m from Australia and one of the few fans here. I’m so lonely~ I was thinking that i might have to go to Europe to see one of their concerts! so sad!~ And BTW Australia is not that warm. We just had one of the worst hail storms of the century!~ I’m sure it was on international news? i love TOKIO HOTEL!

I’m also from Australia, but from the other side (Perth represent!) and believe me, the heat aint all that great. we just had 40 degrees celseus for a week strait (which btw, 38C is about 100F)and it hasnt rained for 3 months. i for one can’t wait for my west aussie winter to come around.
one of the most isolated cities in the world, and still TH is breaking thru without even trying. that’s what i call awesome
