he’s not that great of a singer, but he’s good enough to be in the competition – i give him thumbs up for even TRYING out this song. it is a hard song to sing..
i think TH songs are not that great songs to sing for a singing competition – i’m not degrading our lovely boys’ songs (coz i love them too much! and i bought the album. :D) its just that these songs are not meant to be sang for JUDGING and competing against other people. yknow what i mean?
ya, and i think its best and ONLY best when bill sings it. he puts in the emotion so much, you can feel as if he’s talking to you! (well, that’s how i feel towards TH songs, especially on HUMANOID)

why is everyone dissing him? he might have mixed up the lyrics a bit, but he’s not a bad singer. besides, i don’t expect anyone to be able to sing this song as well as bill can, so props to this guy for doing his best. :)

Man, this guy’s voice sucks. I’m not saying that because I believe that Bill should be the only one who should sing it (which I do believe), but because his voice sound like he’s choking on balls. *sigh* why the hell is he on X-factor?

This shows one thing… This is an impossible song to sing… I really admire and respect bill cuz he can sing this song… an amazing song, but i would have never chosen it to sing on x-factor, its to hard …

Not a bad voice but totally not for this song. He was hitting flat notes all over the place! I think if he were to pick a Tokio Hotel song to perform, “World Behind My Wall” would’ve been more suited to his voice…not “Automatic.”

Why is everyone slamming this guy? Give him some credit for trying. I thought he was ok, his voice wasn’t that bad, he just has a different sound and style to his voice. I liked the fact that he had an all girl band playing in the background, that was cool!!

I’m sorry but in my opinion this was aweful!
He did not have a good voice, did not know the lyrics, and yeah… It just did not work..
It’s not the song, its just the fact that he can’t sing.. at least in my opinion..

Okay so he wasn’t Bill but heck, he’s a pretty big dude and I was just amazed he could hit notes that high for a guy like him. Besides, Bill is humanoid. This guy’s a human. Of course he’s gonna sound different from Billy Boo. =]

he had to skip parts of the song cause the show isn’t long enough for everyone to sing entire songs

but i agree with the last few comments, you guys are being way too harsh! sure, you gotta show your TH love and comment, saying bill did a way better job, but you got to be happy that he at least CHOSE the song! he could have chosen any other of the 3902759023759032 songs that exist in the world but he chose our favourite band, TOKIO HOTEL’S song :) so just be happy that he at least in a way, indirectly, promoted tokio hotel a little in that part of greece :D

I live in Greece and even though I don’t watch Xfactor I keep hearing about this guy and that he’s propably gonna win.
After watching this, I really can’t understand why people think that.
