This is very cool that Bill and Tom have made a PETA blog. “All I Want for Christmas is — vegetarian Duck!”
In an interview with a German magazine, twins Bill and Tom said of their holiday plans, “We celebrate Christmas eve traditionally, at home with our family and the dogs. We are vegetarian, and our mother must pull a vegetarian duck out of her sleeve.”

really…. I am fascinated by their love for animals.
I’m vegetarian as well, and it’s great to know they are too.

I was vegetarian for like 3 weeks… But my mom is scared that im not getting enough protien!! So now im eating meat again… But when I move out ima become a vegitarian all over again!!! Lol!! :] I just dont want to scare the crap outa my mom!! LoL!

haha I think he was joking, but there are vegetarian versions of “meat” available…like this past thanksgiving at my friend’s house, we had real turkey and also “tofurkey” for one of my vegetarian friends on the dinner table. I’m not vegetarian and I even tried some for the first time, it wasn’t that bad = )

That is great they did a bIog for PETA. I support not wearing fur but I am not a true vegetarian since I eat fish, egg and dairy. 3 out of 7 days a week I eat vegetarian meals. I think it is a good way to have more variety, eating healthier and taking a break from always eating meat.

you can be vegeterian and still eat eggs and diary (ok, fish is out but if it is only in very rare occasions it’s ok :) )there are many types of vegeterians and eating eggs and diary but not meat or fish is the most common type.i’m a vegeterian and i have search about that stuff.after all it’s not really about doing what every vegeterian does but it’s connected to your own ideas.for example i don’t eat what’s dead but the rest it’s ok for me!

I respect boys a lot for going vegetarian. I would never have enough will power to do that. I just hope that they will have a professional cook on their tour who will know how to cook vegetarian.
And I am all for the saving animals but I am not PETA fan. But good for the boys for making it to their site, I guess…

I think that is quite arrogant to say the twins are asking people to apologize for eating meat. They use to eat meat as well. AND Georg and Gustav still do too. So let be real here, they are just sharing their love of animals with us. They are not asking us to agree with everything they believe in.
