AHH cant wait for that video… what happende to that room in the video will happen to all of our rooms when we watch it from their hottness and the hottness of the video….. And if our little Tomi goes to jail… 1) the world will end 2)there will be no one to make fun of georg 3) those idiot will regret doing that because they will be followed by MASSIVE crowds of TH fans and 3) he wont stay in there very long because all TH fans will run, fly, walk, drive or do what ever it takes to rip those walls down holding our Tom in.♥

He ain’t goin anywhere. If they were to put him in jail, they’d do it already. But waiting for months after the incident doesn’t assure anything. Why are they talking about this now? If Tom thought he was in danger of going to jail, there wouldn’t be plans made for a tour would there?

If Tom is sentanced to any jail time (which i bet and hope he won’t) it will go down like this:
IN BREAKING NEWS…
Tom Kaulitz was sentanced to jail in a ruling involving some Freaking Annoying Crazy Stalkers! and him. He is being punished for alledgedly hitting a girl even though the crazy stalker group hunted and beat up the Kaulitz’s own MOTHER, made the band’s life a living hell by stalking them and non-stop folling them everywhere they went.
But none of that matters because the police who were meant to take him away can’t find him. But they know where he is. There is a mass of fans around him making it physically impossible to reach him (think of one of those GIANT rubberband ball only with outraged fans instead XD). They tried to roll the mass of fans into jail but they can’t fit through the door. There are THOUSANDS of them. Not just surrounding Tom in that ball, but surrounding the ball in a sea of protesting. Inside, Tom Kaulitz is okay. It appears that the fans are prepard to never give up until he is cleared of this ridiculous charge and the crazy stalker group is stopped.

tom won’t go to jail, it’s his first and only offense.. the most he will probably get will be a fine.. Tom probably has the best lawyers that money can buy,he has loads of ppl supporting him, not to mention the fact that the lawyers will do their damnest to get him off and not to mention i’m sure they have more proof of the girls stalking them.. all the girls have is that video..
