Bild.de is reporting that Tom has been called to because of the altercation with the now well-known Afghans On Tour, and most notably the member named Perrine. Tom is being charged with assault, and although David Jost says they won’t go to trial, Bild says it’s very likely he will. If Tom is found guilty, he could serve up to 5 years in prison.] PRISON?!?!?!?!?!
