The EMAs started at 1.30am for me, here in India. Everyone was asleep. Then .. these guys, go out there, and perform World Behind My Wall. I crank up the volume. . And cry.
THEN, they announce the categories for Best Group, I jump up and become VERY nervous and anxious. Distance between my face and TV = like, 2cm. The guy .. Winner is .. TOKIO HOTEL!
That’s it. I almost fall off my bed, tears rolling, smiling, laughing .. I start jumping all over the place, and trying to jump quietly is really not a very easy thing.
But nevertheless, They make me cry with happiness and make me bounce all over my room.
The excitement still hasn’t gone down, even after 2 days!
WE LOVE THEM SO MUCH. AND THEY KNOW IT =)

so they removed the video of their live performance on youtube which had amazing quality, but you can still watch the one on mtv’s site that has some of the crappiest video quality i’ve seen in awhile, but what can i say, i guess youtube and Tokio Hotel’s website have spoiled me for good video quality! or maybe i’m just ticked that every time i want to watch that video i have to sit through a minute long ad from mtv’s sponsors…

I am sitting here still in awe of our guys!! That performance was just breathtaking!! (Gosh, I can’t wait for the U S tours) I’m so happy that they won their “Best Group” award, they so deserve it! I know that this might sound strange, but they moved me to tears (happy tears) with that performance & the acceptance speech..eloquent as always!! I’m so very proud of them and I’m honored to be a fan! This is just a taste of what they have in store for us and I can’t wait to see what they will do next!! THANK YOU Tokio Hotel, for bringing yourselves to us and sharing your wonderful God given talents!! And one more BIG THANK YOU…to ALL OF US!! We are loyal and devoted fans!! It made me cry when the pyrotechnics began and I was thinking about the wall coming down (Berlin wall) and then that a German band won…it was really emotional. Bill’s voice is so great live. They are just amazing. SO GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!I am so proud to be a Tokio Hotel fan!!!

Yeah definately. They must be so proud. So happy I got to vote and watch it all live in awesome quality!
I hope my fellow fans dont butcher me but somehow I felt that maybe Bill was lip singing but I hope I’m FAR from right. Even if it was I still respect them and know that they always do a great job live and I still enjoyed the performance.
