I can’t say that I like this. It promotes violence between the twins and that’s not something I like to imagine. Yeah, it’s supposed to be funny, but there is a dark side. And let’s be thankful that Tokio Hotel is not a violent, racist, or sexist rockband. [Or at least they don't identify with those qualities]!

I don’t think it’s a photo, looks like a digital painting. An awesomely realistic one, but you can see that Bill’s face looks a bit not-real. The lighting and textures give away the fact that it’s a painting… (if I’m not mistaken)
