The singer of pop band Tokio Hotel, Bill Kaulitz,
is keen for his 20th Birthday on September 1 to be a tea-party, including cream cakes. And it would be “cool” if the guests were all over 60, he told the newspaper Welt am Sonntag newspaper.
Bill’s twin brother and guitarist of Tokio Hotel, Tom Kaulitz, said of the unusual request: “Conversation with old people are completely off the beaten track. They have quite different thoughts. “
Although they are both almost 20, Bill Kaulitz feels that he will never grow up. But it’s all relative. Even at age 13 he thought that he could do anything, and would have felt old enough to go to clubs and drink alcohol. He had always felt older than he was, as portrayed by the music.
The third album from the successful band Tokio Hotel is called “Humanoid” and is yours on October 2. The first single, “Automatic” is released on September 18.

Every time I see Bill say something cool like this, it just reminds me of how awesome he is. A tea party is like the best idea. It would be so fun. I personally have always wanted to do that, but I wanted it to be weird like where everyone dressed Victorian like, but more like inspired by the Japanese type fashion/alice in wonderland. Bill is so much fun!
It is true about the older people, they are totally off the beaten path and can be more insightful. I understand where he is coming from. Maybe he wants more intellectual conversation. I can relate to that.

aww. it reminds me of ingrid and klaus. they seemed to have such a good time with them.
the whole never growing up part is why we love him!
and i’ve always felt older than i really am too. yet i feel like i’ll always have that piece of kid in me.

lol Yeah I was thinking the same thing! :-) I have to agree though, talking with older people is completely different. They’ve seen and done so much more and the way they think is so different. It’s really refreshing, and you can really learn a lot from them too.
