i think it ripped the heart out because with songs like the pain of love its talking about sadness and pain but then again it could be pumping the heart because of automatic

OMG!!! I just noticed that it looks like the robotic hand is playinf the guitar but instead it’s like playing the heart, does it make sence? I mean I’m no guitar player but it does look like when the hand grips a guitar doesn’t it?

The hand has control of her/or/his heart, because basically the heart doesn’t have a soul that it belongs to. He can just rip the heart right out of her and still control her! Cause she’s heartless. Idk, something like that. xD that’s how I understand it

I`d like to add to the current pole about the album cover.
3 -The person is holding someones heart in their hand, someone they care about, but they themselves have become robotic – automatic.
(Holding someone`s heart in your hand is in a lot of poems and art work. It means to hold someone else heart,cuz you love them.)
4 -The robot is holding out it`s own heart. The robots only human part left after becoming automatic

I think it’s pumping the heart, because I imagine the heart belonging to whomever the song is about, and the robot hand is controlling it, kind of a visual metaphor for an automatic heart.

I think the fingers are gently holding the heart by the way the fingers are gently curved around it. If it ripped it out there’d be more blood on the hand. But, it could be waiting to crush the heart…Waay cool cover and can’t wait. :D
