Yea… they both are.. miley said the whole fake hair thing.. and then the main incident.. or atleast the first that I found out was at one of her concerts in berlin, Katy Perry deticated her song You are so Gay to Tokio Hotel. This was right after she lost to them.
Anyways good add.. just with Tokio Hotel was in it more:P… and I miss their old hair.
