Moderation. Comments are still going in, I have to figure out why. 
But… small venting here, as a fellow fan…
Some of the comments that are being posted are just so hate-filled and horrible. It’s draining the life from me and probably others who read them. Stuff like “Tom should have punched out all of her teeth” or “They look like *insert stupidly used words for gay or lesbian*“.
As a fellow fan, I am going to beg of you. If the best you can do is call someone else a name or wish that Tom had hurt someone or you want to brag about what you would do if you were in Germany? Please don’t comment. This situation is enough of a drag without having to read that kind of stupid stuff.

I mean, if people don’t like the band..why go out of their way to go to a Tokio Hotel fansite and bash them? It’s just plain stupid.
I don’t like the Jonas Brothers for example, and I’ve never been on a JB fansite or anything. I’d never just bash them on a fansite because I don’t like them..it’s just rude, you know?

I’m real sorry if I ever addressed any comments like that. I think I did a while back -sits in a dark corner-. Anyway, these feelings of “dislike” towards the girls are definitely decreasing. We should concentrate more on the support we give the band rather than the dissing.

that’s my biggest pet peeve. you cannot use the term gay to refer to something being stupid. it’s upsetting and a bit degrading to see.

you must’ve removed the rude comments because i haven’t seen any. i think i posted one comment in a fit of rage saying that the girls are taking drugs or something…but i would never refer to someone in a derogatory way, it’s just plain disrespectful.

Actually, people have gotten a lot better. Only a few über violent over the top overt threats have not been allowed through

as much as we all would like to snap our fingers and make the stalkers (and all this DRAMA) disappear in a puff of smoke, its not gonna happen… and hateful comments certainly won’t help either. like everyone else has said, the best thing we can do is to be here for the boys and give them all our love and support.

I agree, but at the same time it feels weird to have comments moderated, it’s like there’s a restriction in free speech. I understand it gets annoying if 90% of the posts contain name-calling and insults but I don’t know… I just hope everything will get back to normal eventually.
Right now they are just moderated because I cannot figure out how to set them back. *stares at the settings, wondering if I poke them harder if they will fix themselves*
We are not reading every single comment and deciding if it should be posted or not, that was never the purpose. :) OMG, that would be like a full-time job.

I completely agree! I’ve been reading alot of violent and mean things that people have written about the stalkers. Nobody likes them but violent or threatening comments should never been written about anyone

I will admit, in the the beginning of all this, I felt like that. But now we do need to concentrate on the boys. Feeling so angry will only make them more nervous and we need to just all keep calm and have them know that their fans are behind them all the way.

While we can all sympathize with what made Tom angry, I’m sure no one, including Tom, justifies acting on that anger.
Great to see people coming to his support and looking at all the facts before passing judgement. But, more violence and anger are not what Tokio Hotel would want to come from these unfortunate events.

Very well put, Schnee! We absolutely agree. It’s so important for all of us devoted fans to maintain our integrity as the kind of fans that the boys deserve to have support them through all of this. What they need from us now is fan LOVE that rises above the actions of so-called “fans” who horribly cross the line. Haters have a reason to hate but should keep it to themselves.

thank you for pointing this out because it really bothers me when someone uses a word such as “gay” to describe how much they dislike someone, and I was seeing it here a lot–to those who are doing it, please grow up. We live in a world where that kind of talk is illogical because we are surrounded by all kinds of people who may very well fit that description and will not be happy with your words. Do you realize what you’re doing is merely spreading more hate? It’s simply not right. Let’s make an effort toward some more intelligent discussion other than using offensive words and violence as a means to an end.

Exactly. We can’t use the same repulsive tactics as the stalkers do. That would make us no better than them. The best way to deal with it all is to give our full support to Tom and the boys. :)
