@12 theyre coming to the mtvla awards in oct, and those are in latin america. and according to #9, its oct 17. i dont know about anything else, im just wondering if maybe that means theyll be doing other things in america too. :)

It seems to me that they let you vote without even registering. So then, how would they know whether or not you voted in every category? Seems to me like they would have no way of knowing!
