here is what I think I found out.
But if you sign into your account then go to the top where it sais: Hello (whoever you are). Then beside it should have something that sais: ‘More” with an arrow. Press the arrow and go to help. it will bring you to a page where you can e-mail them. I don’t know if we can e-mail them and ask about the VMAs or if it’s just if you get confused about something.I don’t know. But I’m gonna try.
