Okay, I’m from Europe and no I’m NOT gonna start an argument on here at all! Firstly, it’s not unfair at all, think about how many signing sessions TH have done in the USA this year, Europe have hardly had any apparently. Secondly, party? Yess, we deserve a party tbh but why are you USA fans moaning ’cause they said they’re also gonna celebrate with the USA fans and they’re doing that BEFORE us European fans and also, please, don’t be so ungrateful, you’ve had the band all year, look at the poor UK or Sweden for example, they have had absolutely nothing! so they´ll party with Americans AND with Europeans.. + that the European fans definetely vote (at least) as much as the American fans :D especially when there are MILLIONS of fans here in Europe and I´d guess there are “only” like tens or thousands of hundreds of fans in the U.S (and other parts of the world)…
of course partying at the VMA´s and organizing a fan party isn´t the same.. but you guys (in the U.S.) have had SOO many possibilities to actually MEET the guys (e.g. signing sessions) that we in Europe can only dream of.. even the stage is like 15 feet away from the first row fans in European concerts :D

#85 Yes you have had them for 3 months, that is a hell of a lot longer, than we have had them..! They have been famous here (Denmark) for over 2 years, and not once have they ever been here..! So don’t say that we have had them more than you..!

Guys, calm down. What difference does it make it we are from Europe or America? The most important thing is we all unite and get TH to win the awards. We, all the fans, whichever part of the world you may come from, made it possible. There is no need to argue who did what and how much. We, the European and American fans, should be thankful to have seen and experienced Tokio Hotel live. Let us share this experience to our less fortunate fellow TH fans in other parts of the world. Let us all put our hands together instead of biting each others heads off :-)

I, in no way, said the Europeans don’t deserve it. Europeans DID help them in becoming bigger, and I thank you for that. And yes, I do understand they are here for a month and yes I understand that some of the 1000 hotels tour dates were not rescheduled. But, how long has Tokio Hotel been on your side of the ocean? Let’s see. If I calculate it right, they released Durch Den Monsun on August 15th, of 2005? That’s over three years. And they have been touring over here a lot, and they have been doing a lot of promoting over here. But in all the time they’ve been “famous” we’ve gotten them in our country for maybe 3 months in all. Three months out of three full years? Just saying.
And on another note. Yes, they will be on TV for the VMA’s. Do you know how many NORMAL people go to the VMA’s? Not much. And even if they did, they’d see TH onstage getting an award, or two. But the fact of the matter is, we get that. You get a party. That is ALL about Tokio Hotel. No lame Jonas Brothers, or Miley Cyrus, or crazy Britney Spears. It’s all Tokio Hotel and it’s a party. Not, “Hey thanks for the award!” -skips off stage-. And yeah, I know we’ve had signings. But do you really think everyone in America can afford to just fly to the nearest signing at a moments notice? Uhmm i agree with most of u.. but i think that americans also deserve it.. i’m from lationamerica… from Peru to be more exactly.. they have a lot of fans here and we are voting like crazy for this 2 nominations!.. but i think that it would be cool if they do 2 parties 1 in America and the other in Europe cause i think that everybody is helping the band in this moment… it’s sad that they can’t come here .. but we would be very happy if they win this.. for now that is all that matters for us.!!

The people who are saying that the party should be in America sorry but no! we made TH famous if it wasnt for Europe they wouldnt even be in America so be a little thankfull! you have them for a whole month now + lots of signingsessions (wich we never got) AND at the VMA’s wich is amazing and I’m sure they are going to party hard there aswell! I think it’s super sweet that they don’t let down the ‘old’ fans from Europe and want to celebrate with us 2! I’m almost sure the party will be in Russia :) They hadn’t scheduled a 1000 Hotels Concert there, and “The Best Parties Are There”, right? ;)
Also:
AMERICANS: You get the entire VMAs, besides the news said that they’ll celebrate NOT ONLY IN AMERICA. Also, TH doesn’t do signings in Europe anymore, it’s just absolutely crazy. This would mean so much to us. You had a bunch of signing sessions this month so please don’t bring the boys down for that (not doing some there).
CANADA: They’ve already been there more times than to most European fan countries. I hope you’re not sad/mad because of this! Because they do a lot for you :)
EUROPEANS: They’ll always come back, we’re fine. Let’s just carry on voting, I think most of them are coming from us anyway.

Ill bet its in Hamburg :) Or maybe itd be Magdeburg!! That would be even more awesome :P This party better be happening even if the chances of me attending are zero to none seeing as im in Canada lol. But really, the guys are have been working their butts off doing concerts and signings all over America, so everyone should be super happy and not fight :) I mean they need a break too! And ill bet they miss their families and friends back home. A party in america would be very cool, but really, there is no reason for fighting or jealousy, weve had them here for over a month now and now we get to have them for the VMAs! okay, so, I have two thoughts on this. Europe can vote. And they have been ignoring the European fans a bit, seeingas they’ve been over here, promoting their asses off. So the Europeans do deserve a little something. And the more the Europeans vote that they wouldn’t have, then the more of a chance for TH to win.
But, all these American fans are voting their asses off (me included) and all we get to do is see them on TV. No Tokio Hotel party for us.
As everyone, (or almost everyone) has said, I think a party here and a party their should be in order, because we are also working our asses off to get them a moonman.
It’s only fair that our hardwork pays off as well as the Europeans.

@ # 45, Erika. Tokio Hotel will not be available for any public apperances for the rest of the year after the VMAs 8and the fan party/session) because they will disappear into the studiop to record their third album. They have confirmed they will not do any travelling, public apperances or performances during their studio time, because they need to concentrate on writing new songs. The new album naturally takes no 1 priority.
Also, what you said about it being unfair that VMA is american awards and that it will be thanks to the american fans only if TH wins an VMA. Sorry, but that not true. VMA votings is open for fans all over the world and there are millions of european fans voting for TH at VMA. TH has always won their awards thansk to an international fanbase who votes from all over the world. Fans from countries worldwide vote together.

To everyone who complain about there’s “only” going to be a european fan party and not an american one; TH is currently on a 1,5 month long PR- and concert tour throughout the US and they are doing plenty of signing sessions and they will party at the VMA with fans. So let Europe get one signing session and party before the boys disappear for month from the public eye into the studio to record their 3rd album. Enough with the ungrateful and unjustified complaining already.
