@ 14 and everyone else who spoke about this topic i read in a interview somewhere where the question was why do you think your parents named you bill and tom they are not really german sounding names and they replied that they knew they would be calling us alot so they wanted to keep it simple
i don’t no if that helps but i think that there names are really just bill und tom

Wow,You took the EXACT same word out of my father’s mouth! My Dad doesn’t really know ANYTHING about Tokio Hotel. Like,he doesn’t know ANYTHING!
But ALL he keeps saying is:
‘Yeah,Bill’s real name is probably William’
or
‘Tom’s real name is probably Thomas.’
I seriously get SOO (pardon my language) f— ing annoyed by this. I HATE it when he sais that. It annoys me SOO much!
@15-I AM SOOO glad you submittde that question! ANd same HERE! I AM surprised that no-one asked that! But,they don’t have middle names. I think I’ve seen an interveiw and the boys said they don’t have middle names. Unless I’m wrong. But being wrong isn’t a good idea rgiht now. We need TRUTHS!
To EVERYONE talking about this subject:
Honestly,I don’t know eaither. I am VERY curious. I think the boys SHOULD answer that. Like,if their real names ARE JUST Bill and Tom Kaulitz(Trumper),they should tell everyone that their names are NOT William and Thomas. That’s MY opinion,and that’s what I think.
P.S: I’m sry this doesn’t help. But I couldn’t help not commenting. I am ALSO VERY curious too. lol.

@16 I know! Theyre not very german sounding names! Haha yeah that would probably the first thing i asked them because ive always wondered and i dont think that question has ever been asked… at least ive never read or seen it anywhere. Yeah does anyone know??

@16: William is Wilhelm in German (the ‘h’ is silent). Thomas is Thomas (pronounced as in English).

@15, Well, everywhere you look, it’s always like “Full name: Bill Kaulitz” or sometimes “Bill Kaulitz-Trumper” but some times when Bill is being goofy and introducing the band members, he calls Tom “Thomas”, but he could just be teasing. But I don’t know, It’s funny. My mom is always laughing b/c she says “Georg and gustav are German sounding names, but William and Thomas are English sounding names, and Bill and Tom sound just plain old American.”
I think If I ever met them, I’d ask them that. Does anyone readin these messages actually know, though?

@14 OMG, thats exactly the same question i submitted for one of those interview thingies!! lol i was surprised no one else has asked before! and do they have middle names? because i read somehwre tom’s middle name is Don lol Tom the Don :P
