concert was fabulous – all on top form. mimas says bill was more playful than last night. lots of sexy looks from a super-frizzy georg. tom coulda given that guitar more humpage gustav was having a great time singing along and working the crowd at the end.
they had trouble removing the curtain at the beginning – took the crew three songs to clear it and someone had to crawl in the rigging – but it didn’t fall on georg’s head so alles gut!

Finally home and put my feet up in the hopes that feeling will return before…maybe Friday. Getting out of that place was a all honked up. But all totally worth it. Here are some thoughts:
Spending hours in line was like viewing a retrospective of Bill Hair Through the Years. DDM days through current were being sported by various fan boys and girls. We finally got in and got spots on the right side of the floor…hanging like spideyfans off the barrier railing. Was a great spot for a shorty like me and my sister is 6 feet tall so she was on the other side of the rail looking over my head. There was a curtain glitch in the beginning so our side couldn’t see Georg at all for first part of Break Away. They pulled the curtain out of the way until they could get it unhooked from the rigging at the top. Some guy had to practically hang from the ceiling to try and get it fixed…that job had to suck.
Bill = Beautiful! He had on black pants with the zipper all the way up the inseam and black leather strip down the outside. Red leather studded blingy belt. I thought he had two sets of suspenders on, one down and one up but the down one was red and may have just been chains with red in them. The “up” suspenders he took off on like the 2nd or 3rd song because they were falling off – they were wider than the ones he usually wears I think – all black as I recall but he didn’t have them on long so I’m not sure. He sure knows how to accessorize – chains, rings, choker etc. Red and black graphic T. No jacket. He’s crazy good looking…and very charismatic on stage.
Tom was in jeans, black tshirt with big huge white “something” on the front – couldn’t ever figure out what it was. Hater hat. Also, oozing all kinds of…hotness or energy or something. hard to describe. He and Bill look like they are having a GOOD TIME when they are onstage – enjoying the crowd and interacting with the other guys in the band. I do think he looked at me once but I’m pretty sure not in the usual checking people out way, more because it was during Raise Your Hands and he was on the same side of the stage as Georg (i.e. closer to where we were than his usual spot) and he was trying to get people to sing along and, well, ability to be able to sing along apparently turned off in my brain when he was within close viewing range. So I wasn’t singing along, not even close. I was just staring really. So he probably only glanced at me to figure out if I was, uh, mentally deficient or or otherwise incapable of following “sing along” instructions. Which I pretty much was at that point.
Gustav DID have shorts on. I just couldn’t see legs so I was guessing pants. Sorry for causing a Pants Rumor that was not true. I was finally was able to see KNEES…so it was shorts. He had an Affliction TShirt on.
Georg had, uh, stuff on. Honestly, that way that guy was working his hair just took the outfit details right out of my head. And his hair wasn’t completely straight…had a slight wave to it. He also works his bass pretty well…if people are looking for “guitar humpage” they really ought to pay more attention to what is happening on Georg’s side of the stage…and that’s all I’m going to say about that.
Ahhh, I’m tired and brain is overloaded and we’ve got to get on the road tomorrow to Vegas. I read back through the thread…sounds like things got a little medieval or something. wacky. I’ll add more later if I think of anything or if additional TH mezmerized brain cells return to full functionality and I can think better.

okay my review is gonna be short, to the point, and will contain lots of spelling/grammatical errors
so i got there at like 500 and we did the pass the line shindig. so worth it! they finally opened the doors at like 730 and by the time i got in the standing room was so crowded i was at the waaay back next to the bar.
they took so long to come on, and they teased us SO MUCH by flashing the curtains open and sticking limbs out… but they finally came on at like 9ish. somehow within the first 3 songs i made it to the front, like 2 people from the barricade. i must credit my hockey coach for that feat- it took some muscle!
during the concert- well the curtain got caught on break away. it was hilarious! bill just kept singing like nothin was wrong. and so many people threw stuff on stage it was annoying and this black thing- maybe it was a shirt? actually hit bill. he was totally like whatever. then of course there were bill-tom interactions that made all the fangirls get woozy although bills outfit was enough to make me short of air (a RED CHAIN. only he could pull that off.)
and i got toms water bottle cap and my friend got a piece of bills towel. i think it smells like sweat with a touch of makeup but she says its bleach… and of course during the concert i got drenched in water multiple times!
okay nvm about this being a short reveiw! but the best part? eye sex from bill. 5 times. break away, ready set go, raise your hands together, monsoon, durch den monsun. what that man does with his eyebrows should be ILLEGAL

Okay kind of late but here’s my review. I’m going to skip the waiting in line because nothing special happened. Some girls where saying that Bill and Gustav had been hanging out in the outside balcony around 3pm but I don’t know if that’s true. Also as I was walking around looking completely lost I ended up hearing something that caught my ear. A girl, about 20-something, walked up to a security guard that was standing right in front of me and asked to be let in. She told him that she was from the boy’s label and was there to interview them. I was this close to telling her to take me with her (as if she would ).
So after waiting in line for a couple of hours, we’re finally let in. I end up close to the little bar that was in the back, kind of in the middle of the floor (in think it was a bar). So we’re all waiting and everybody is just talking and chilling for the moment. Everything was okay except for the fact that there was this couple, one person away from me, that would just keep making out on the floor . They kept like swinging from side to side and they kept on pushing everyone. They kept on knocking into the girl in front of me, which in turn means that she kept on knocking into me. So after they did this a couple of times, the girl told them to knock it off and I don’ know what else (wasn’t paying attention XD). Everyone around them started talking s*** about how there were a lot of hotels around and that nobody wanted to see them licking each other faces off ( not the exact words but you get the gist of it ). Apart from that everything was good
The guys kept on teasing us before the concert by showing their hands or moving the curtains. Right before the concert started, they started moving the curtains a lot and everyone just went nuts. Me included XD.
And then the curtain dropped.
I was completely startruck. I was just in shock. I could not believe that they were standing in front of me. I couldn’t believe that we were in the same place. I was just like wow.
But I had to get it together quick because a split second later, the pushing started. It was crazy, I ended up slamming into the girl in front of me. There was a problem with the curtain on Georg’s side which kept most of us from being able to see him for the beginning of the first song. I think at one point, Bill’s mic had a little problem, I’m not sure. I couldn’t hear what he was singing, but I don’t know if that was because of the mic or because of the screaming or something else.
After the third song I was completely soaked in sweat (eww). It was so hot in there and so hard to breathe. Not to mention everyone was packed in there like sardines so it was harder to breathe. At the beginning of the concert I decided to take out my cell and take pictures with it even if the pictures looked crappy, I’d still have a little something . I raised both my arms up and could not put them down for the rest of the concert XD it was just so packed. I was sweating bullets and I felt so nasty. And then I looked at Tom and Bill and saw that they were sweating too. May I say major .
I didn’t even try to fight the pushing (except for a few), I just went with it and I have no idea how, but I somehow ended up really close to the stage. Like 3 rows away (if there had been rows XD).
Tom looked… amazing. I won’t write down what he was wearing since I think you girls already have an idea (and I suck at descriptions), but wow. It was just, wow. No words. He was just oozing this confidence and this, this aaah! I don’t know how to explain it, but the boy looked DAMN GOOD!
Georg looked like he had a bad hair day, and yet he still managed to look smoking hot
My brother looooved how he played the bass. And to see his muscly self so close was like a very, very, strong brain-freeze. A very, very, strong and enjoyable brain-freeze
Gustav looked adorable. I don’t know why, but I think the boy is just made of adorableness XD. He’s like a big teddy bear and he looked like he was completely concentrated on his drums. At some point, Tom went up to him and they both looked at each other and gave each other these adorable smiles. I just went on complete fangirl mode when I saw that XD
Bill. No words. When I first saw him I just froze. It was a complete shock to my system to see him in person. To see him singing and dancing around on the stage was just amazing. He looked amazing. His outfit was That boy knows how to work the stage. I swear when he smiles it makes you want to scream louder, and sing louder just to see him smile again. You can really tell he loves what he does. And his smiles are so sincere and he looks almost as excited to be there performing for us, as we are to see them perform.
All in all the concert was great. I was close to falling a couple of times, but thankfully I didn’t. A couple of girls in front of me did though. I got to touch Bill’s towel! I would have gotten a piece of it (it ended up being ripped off into like 5 pieces), I was holding unto it for dear life, but at one point my hand got caught in it and my fingers got stuck and it ended up being pretty painful and my fingers started to get twisted. I got scared that one of my fingers would break, because the way they were pulling it was just that hard. I decided that it wasn’t worth a trip to the doctor and let it go (after much painful pulling and someone taking pity on my poor fingers and helping me get my fingers off of it). The G’s got me with their water, it felt sooooo good because it was so hot in there and the water was soooo fresh and cold XD
I got to meet a lot of people, most of them were nice. Except for a few, but bleh them. I even got to meet TBZK in person and I met up with Dellara briefly. There was a girl with a THA shirt in front of me, but I didn’t go up and talk to her ‘cuz I thought maybe she would be like “wtf?”
The concert was AMAZING. The boys were perfect, my view was perfect and everything was perfect. I ended up being covered in sweat from like 20 different people but it was completely worth it. And even though my brother said that the concert “was okay” I know he loved it too. I mean come on! he wanted to go look for the tour bus or something so that we could see them and ask for autographs or so that we could meet them up close and he now wants to go to Las Vegas to go see them perform. If that doesn’t spell fanboy I don’t know what does. I know he fell in love with them even though he tries to deny it XD He even swears that Bill pointed to him twice during, I think “Scream”. My brother was all the way in the back and by himself and he says he was just chillin’ and something happened that made him smile and he looked up and saw Bill and he swears they made eye contact and that Bill saw that he wasn’t singing so he pointed at him and moved his hand to his ear, and my brother was like “wha..?” and that the he did it again. I saw Bill do that twice, but I thought he meant for the crowd in general, not my brother XD. He probably did and my brother was having a I-think-Bill-looked-at-me-and-it-completely-changed-my-life moment XD.
Wow, I just saw how long this is. Kudos to anyone who reads the whole thing. This was my first TH concert and I am so glad that everything went okay. Everything was just perfect.

OMB!! (Oh My Bill!) I know this was like last year but it was AWESOME!!! I went there and since it was like my first TH conert AND my first concert ever!, i was SUPER nervous! I kept thinking “i’m gonna become a deaf person and will never be listen to th again” but i WANTED to SEE Bill/Tom/Georg/Gustav and just stood there. I was on the right and blocking the stair entrance but w/e. It is true that the curtain was stuck but I didn’t even notice cuz I kept looking at Bill in shock . . . IT WAS AMAZING!!! When they left, ALL of us wanted an encore and stuff and I was like “BILL, BABY, COME BACK TO US!!!! BILL, TOM!!!” Hahahaha talk about fangirl! Lol. Anyhoo, it was amazing. Best time of my life! Bill eye raped me when they played final day! BEST DAY EVER!! I’M TELLING YA!!

okay, i’m over my random burst of enegry…
I got there at like 5:00 and of course there was a long line already… we got in at like 8, but we waited on the floor for about an hour.
so it didn’t start until like 9ish. i didn’t get that close, because i’m too short, and i wouldn’t have been able to see over the people in front of me. So me and my friend were like on the ledge thigy on Tom’s side of the stage. As other people have said already, there was a problem with the curtain falling… it got stuck =P but they started out with Break Away, which was a perfect song to start out with. We were all screaming so loud, i couldn’t tell if i was screaming or the people in front of me. But i was sooo screaming the entire time! ^^ and i totally luv Bill, so my eyes were glued to him the entire time.
The people found my camara… so i couldn’t get any pictures =(
all i got were just blurry pics i took with my cell. and like all you can see is just a random tan dot with a black poof around it… yeah that was Bill…
Anyways, like when Bill did that tounge thing, omg, i thought i was going to faint…. lol ^^ Georg’s hair got fizzy pretty fast, but he so looked like he was flexing… but he wasn’t o.O and Tom just looked awesome with his guitars! ^^ after every other song, when the lights would go out so that the people could pick up anything that was thrown on stage, Tom would like change guitars.
Bill was just… amazing. They totally rocked my socks OFF!
i didn’t get a piece of his towel… i’m sooo jealous of the girls that did though. BUT!!!! we got Gustav’s Water bottle!!!!
I totally fell on my ass, trying to get it…. yea. Not to mention my entire right side of me was wet, but hey! I got his water bottle! ^^ it would have been so much swweter to get Bill’s or his towel, but i wasn’t close enough to get that, or any of the guitar picks or drum sticks.
I paid $200 just to see them, and it was sooooooo worth it!!!! <3

So I got to the house of Blues around 3 O’clock. We did that pass the line thing that was worth every penny. The first two people we asked about the pass the line program acted like they didn’t have brains and said they had no idea what the “pass the line” program was even though there were signs on every table that said “Ask one of out employees what the pass the line program is.” Finally, the waiter came and he was very helpful and explained it to us. We ordered our food and I was so nervous I couldn’t eat haha :D. We paid for our food then got our wristbands for the priority line. The line probably had 150 to 200 people in it already by 3:45.
So we were standing in line for an hour when the girl in front of me was told by the security guard that she had to either check her camera in for 3 dollars or go back and put it in the car. He was pretty clear when he said the rules but the girl was like “I don’t get it.” So she asked the security guard 5 times if cameras were allowed. He finally just started ignoring her but I seriously wanted to tell her to shut up and that cameras weren’t allowed. And the security guard said that the reason that cameras weren’t allowed was because the band has to sign a waiver that allows cameras and they didn’t want to sign one. The girl was like “Oh, so cameras aren’t allowed?” I seriously wanted to slap her, but I would be in line with her for another 4 hours so I didn’t want to have someone mad at me for the next for hours.
Ok So at around 7:15 the line started moving because the people in the priority line get in 15 minutes earlier. I finally got in and found a sop about 15 feet from the stage, I was happy with that because it could have been much worse, I’m also glad that I’m semi-tall because I could see over a lot of people which was good :D. I expected to see a lot of people my age but what I didn’t expect was to see so many little kids, There were so many and I was afraid they were going to get hurt.
So the show was supposed to start at 8:30 but they were a little late, people kept screaming for no reason. By 8:55 we heard the first few riffs of Break Away, the curtain came down but got stuck a little to the right of Bill, he kept singing. So for the first song they were still trying to get the curtain out of the way. One guy practically had to hang from the ceiling to get it off. Haha it was so funny becasue the first thing I noticed was that Bill was wearing suspenders so I yelled “OMG he’s wearing suspenders!!!” and then they unhooked so he took them off :( I was sad. haha There was a lot of pushing and shoving and somehow I got from all the way in the back of the “pit” part to about 6 feet from the stage, by the end of Break Away I was like “How the heck did I get here?” But I was happy with it.
I was keeping my eyes peeled for Saki but he wasn’t there…It was so funny becasue after the second song Tobi ran out on the stage to get all of the stuffed animals and everything off the stage and I screamed “Tobi!!!” and I got a few odd looks but I yelled “What he keeps the psychos away from the boys!” They just shook their heads. The second time he came out I screamed “I love you Tobi!!!” But I don’t think he heard me, or maybe he’s just used to it hahaha It was such a fangirl moment, I thought that everyone at the concert would be as obsessed as me but after I did that some girl looked at me and yelled (becasue it was so loud) “WOW, you really are obsessed.” Yup! and I’m proud of it :D haha
The songs were going well bill was amazing. I know I always read people saying ‘Bill looked at me” And I always roll my eyes and say yeah right like that would ever happen. But during the third song (I was so shocked I don’t even remember what song it was) I saw Bill staring at something and I was sating back and then he moved his eyes and it took me a second to realize he was looking at me. I mean he didn’t do anything but the fact that we made eye contact was just amazing to me. My jaw dropped and my mouth stayed open for the rest of the song. I was in shock.
Live every second came on and everyone was singing. Tom did minimal guitar humping, it only lasted about 20 seconds. Here’s a tip, Georg was seriously working that bass, so I’d be looking there if you wanted to see that kind of action. There was so much pushing and shoving, I don’t know how I did it but people all around m were stumbling and falling, but somehow I stayed vertical:D. There were girls getting pulled out left and right from the frond ant one security guard even had to get in the middle and help some poor girl. I was happy except when some 8 foot tall amazon woman (Ok no she was like 5’11) got in from of me, I could see around her but she kept her arms in the air the whole damn time so I could see Bill for crap, I could only see half of him. Finally I got fed up with it, along with the two people next to me and told her to put her arms down, I’m really glad she listened. I am an very patient, nicer person but she was getting on my nerves and she was keeping me from looking at Bill :D There was no need for me to get crazy haha :D
Oh yes Georg…Georg Georg Georg. As I said in my previous post, pictures in no way do Georg justice. If there wasn’t a practically magnetic pull of my eyes to Bill i would have been staring at Georg. His hair was surprisingly a little wavy. It wasn’t stick straight and boy was he working it. He was flinging his hair around like no other. He was beyond gorgeous, I wasn’t a Georg-girl but after this concert I certainly am not. (Although, my interest in Bill is on a completely different level)
Finally Bill said “Goodbye” then threw water into the crowd and I got some water on me, I swallowed it and I was soooo thirsty, the same thing happened with Georg, Gustav, and Tom. And then they came out again and my stomach started hurting really bad and I was like “what is wrong with me?!” and then I was like “Oh yeah I haven’t eaten hehe :(”
Bill, Tom, Georg, and Gustav all threw things into the crowd and I had no intention of catching anything unless it was coming right at me because I really did not want to hurt or get hurt by anyone, I just chose to watch. So Bill, Tom, and Georg left the stage. Gustav was so cute because he cupped his hand behind his ear and made the cutest face like we weren’t screaming loud enough, then he did the usual bowing. And threw like 5 drum sticks into the crowd. Nothing came towards me so I was a little bummed, but I was soaking wet from the water bottles so I was happy…and cool because that water was cold. :D.
Bill- Wore a red shirt with faces on it, suspenders (but only for the first song because they unhooked from his pants), Pants with the zipper up the inseam, the red belt with the red chain that he wore on TRL, the thick leather choker with the studs, and the steel toed boots. I literally could not take my eyes off of him. It was so funny to me, I would attempt to look at Georg, Tom, or Gustav but I literally could not look away from Bill haha :D
Tom- Wore a black shirt with a white graphic on it, his “HATER” cap, and his normally baggy jeans.
Georg- A black shirt with a graphic on it and (I think they were gray-ish) jeans.
Gustav- Black “Affliction” shirt, and I’m pretty sure he was wearing pants…maybe shorts…Now that I think about it I think he was wearing shorts.
All in all, in my opinion it was the best night of my life. I don’t ever remember being so happy, having so much fun, or caring about something so much. I’m sad it’s over but I know I’ll never forget August 20th, 2008.

for the first three songs i only caught mere glimpses of the bill and once of georg [due to the faulty curtain dropping] because i, too, was being almost suffocated and shoved around…the fans were totally insane!!

That concert was awesomely fun, but dangerously crazy. I was like maybe in the 4th or 5th row away from the stage, but because I was being suffocated I had to get pulled out during the end of Final Day and it took forever to get me out. The security finally did but I fell to the floor cause I had no energy left so security threw me over his shoulder so fast that I hit my head on the stage twice. Once in front of Bill and the second in front of Georg. I hit my head again on a camera; I was scared that I messed up what could’ve been a nice shot of whoever he was shooting. Apparently (my friend told me this) Bill was looking at me the whole time when I was being lifted away with an “is she okay?” look.
I have to admit that I didn’t notice that there were curtain problems. I was too star struck with the fact that I actually saw Bill in person. But either way that was just an awesome concert! But what made it all worth it was being able to see Bill smile while he was performing.

OMG I WAS THERE! XD all the pics up rite now look fantastic! how did u get them so nice? it really pissed me off that HOB doesnt like cameras. sum crappy explanation bout ‘they dont want us taking stuff inside to the outside world with our cameras’ honestly? BULLS***! who would want to steal anything from HOB?! …except tokio hotel of course! ;]
and the black thing that hit bill wasnt a shirt! it was a beanie and my friend was just trying to throw it onstage but we were in the moshpit so of course at the last possible second some1 hit her and it hit bill! :X she felt so bad after it really wasnt intentional :(
but anywhos! the show was amzing! XD screamed the entire time and i cant wait till they come back. the reviews r really good btw :)

that concert was so AWSUM!!!! it was totally worth it 2 wait in line all day & 2 get pushed around & beat up during the concert. but wen tokio hotel first came on stage i thought it fake cuz 1st of all i couldnt believe i was really threre & 2nd- they looked WAY 2 perfect!! they litterally looked lik wax. thats how perfect they looked. but tom never made any eye contact with any of the girls. but he looked my way a couple of times!!! but the 2 encores were so awsum!!!

Hey BananAna, I loved reading your review!!. It brings back memories of the concerts here in Europe. The waiting, the screaming, the pushing, the sweating (especially the sweating), everybody stinking and so on. And the fighting over the towel, wich I never did, but my daughter and her friends did, and they experienced exactly the same as you with their fingers.
It’s funny, many people think we’re crazy,but its so worh it. ‘!!

It was amaaaaaaazing!
I was in 2nd/3rd row on Tom’s side. He looked at me, or in my direction, so many times. and he was smiling/smirking. It looked like Bill was really happy with the fans. Bill was just simply stunning last night. It’s hard to find the right words to describe him.
Tom got SOO close to the edge of the stage a few times. He was like right above me lollll Georg and Tom switched sides during Live Every Second. Georg was trying to get us to sing along, and of course everyone was. Georg’s awesome :) But I couldn’t see if Tom did his “dance” i don’t think he did. but im not too sure. He had his flying V though ;]
Gustav was simply amazing. him playing those drums = <3
I almost caught Gustav’s drumstick, but the girl nex to me got it. and i almost caught Tom’s pick, but i have no idea where that went. At the end some girls found one on the floor.
The only thing that sucked was that the people in front of me were talllll so i couldn’t see the right of the stage as well. But at least I had Tom. and Bill and Georg when they came to the left side of the stage. :D
I loved the interactions the twins shared.

Best concert ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! there must have been something in their water because the boys seemed EXTRA EXTRA sexy that night. Bill’s performance was the best I have ever seen! He just seemed so into it. Could have sworn Tom looked at the back corner my friends and I were in during Live Every Second when the lights flashed on!
I wish I could relive it again!
Unfortunately, I don’t believe there was a signing like they did at the Avalon.

HOLY CRAP!!! i loved the anaheim concert!! ^^ it was so worth it waiting for like 11 hours in line.. it was crazy though lots of people cutting and thinking ” they wont notice” half of them were kicked out.
At about 4:30 ish they started sound check but the people in line were so loud it was hard to hear. I heard it because my friends and I were like really close and i heard Tom start “Break Away” we were laughing so hard xD
In the venue i was like 4 people away from the stage like in the middle but my friends had to get pulled out, so i started heading toward the back. Which i think was the best idea for me. I went in the back when Bill started singing “Live Every Second.”
Here’s my favorite part, when they played “DDM” toward the end of the song lots of people were leaving so i had the back to myself for a little while and Bill looked in the back, i looked up from my cell phone, i was thinking “maybe he’s looking at me?”
so i stuck a thumbs up at him and he smiled at me! i was like OMG! haha yup lots of fun at the concert. I have to say Bill looks so handsome in person…sigh.

for a concert in my hometown, i adored it (: bill looked at me 6 times, i counted xD and when he took off the suspenders..good god, i coulda fallen off the railing. gustav’s hair is so long! lovedd it. and bill/tom interaction=amazingly indescribable. georgs headbanging with his bass=deliciouss. just watching all those boys look like theyre having fun and smiling genuinely made my day, even if my butt does feel like it was used as a soccer target [the railing huuurts haha]
