the person that goes with you has to be 18 as well. it says:
“Participants must be 18 years old and above at the time of entry.” so that includes each person who participates in this contest.
and note to those people who are planning on possibly faking their ages: i’m sure they have a way to check and see your real age (driver’s license, birth certificate, etc…) i doubt they’re trying to exclude people, it’s just a liability thing dealing with minors (and a whole bunch of legal stuff that i have no idea about, lol)
so just keep that in mind before you all get your hopes too high. =]

they say that you have to be 18 to enter the contest, and someone older than 18 has to go with you, but couldnt you just leave your parent in the hotel room? i mean it would be hard to go to a concert where you didnt speak the language… but still its not like you’d have to talk much… it wouldnt be too dangerous…

i’m wondering if even the winner’s guest has to be 18 as well? I read the rules over and over, but I might have missed something.
if you read the rules and liability it says basically that they have rights to use your name and practically everything about you entering this contest (voice etc.) from here on out with out notifying the winner….
thus the reason for 18 i believe since being 18 is being an adult and i don’t think it’s legal for a company or buisness to be able to do that with a minor….
just an assumption…
i’m sure there’s going to be more opportunities in the future! don’t worry!
