i was there too.. and most of people were not like the ones who were interviewed.. of course everyone got sad and some cried but most of them understood the situation..
people got mad because we waited too long inside the pavilion when bill was already going to germany..but that was not TH fault.. it was the staff’s..

I was there since 12:00 too xD Fortunately it wasn’t as long as some were. Was a pity they canceled, but he was sick there’s nothing you can do about it. Let’s just hope he’ll get better quick, ’cause laryngitis sucks… And poor Tom seemed worried when he went on stage ask sorry… made me remember when my sis gets sick.

I think that the only reason that they waited so long to tell them (I heard that they were trying to do sound check) is because they were just making sure that Bill REALLY couldn’t go on with the show. If you look for the “Tokio Hotel Marseille An Deiner Seite” video on YouTube =( you’ll see that he can hardly sing there. The fans sang most of it. The “fans” shouldn’t be blaming the band…the thought that they would be able to do it >_.> because he’s so stubborn, he keeps on singing, and pushing himself too hard… so he’s over-using his voice, which will most definitely give you laryngitis. I know, because I’m a singer and have had it happen to me 3 times already. It happens very often to singers…=( just wish Bill well and don’t act like it’s the end of the world…

I beleive the fans that blamed the band will calm done and realise it’s not Bill or the other guys fault.When they were speaking at the news they had just found out about it.
I have seen more pics of the press conference and Tom looks very worried.I think I was quick to judge him before

You guys don’t have to be angry, Bill is sick, like he can do anything about it. I think he feels terrible when he see all the fans crying, and angry. I mean, come on, show some respect..

The “fans” in the video who are saying “it’s unacceptable that they made us wait” that gets me so mad… it’s like the only thing they’re thinking about is themselves, they should be more supportive of Bill, he’s human too… maybe the reason they made them wait was to be absolutely sure that the concert couldn’t go on

He’s like ill and maybe won’t be able to sing. The people on the video are dissapointed I know. But Bill is just a person, he’s not some kind of singingmachine that’s always perfect. Everyone becomes ill sometime. And it would be much better for the guys if everyone stayed positive. He just needs some time to become better, so let him be.

For me, it is hard to judge the timing of when they told the fans without having all the facts. Sure, for the fans in the venue, it seemed really long and really bad, but we don’t know what is happening in the back.
And as for ones who are complaining that there were there two days before or whatever? That is really their own choice.

Ugh, really bad news. I do feel bad for the fans; it wasn’t right not to tell them sooner, but I still can’t make myself to blame Bill or the rest of the guys; it’s not like they are in charge of everything.
I feel really really bad, but I just hope Bill gets better. I’m sure none of TH’s guys are happy right now, I mean who would be?
So, once again; feels bad to know the fans waited for a long time and went through a lot, but I hope they can understand, that these things happen, and there’s really nothing to do anymore.

It is really dissapointing for both the fans and the guys when they have to cancel a show. At least they are coming back in June.
Its kind of funny to see Tom, Georg, and Gustav without Bill. Tom has to do all the talking and take all the responsibility. ;)
