if you look closely, Bill isn’t the one who said jessica alba, it was just tom and georg. bill just kind of sat there. and then someone in the background said it too, and then subbed bill as saying it.
same thing when tom says bill saw a trash can and wanted to look like it. he obviously says georg and they subbed him as saying bill.
