Las Navidades les han sentado genial!! Más de 40.000 copias se han vendido de su primer disco en Inglés SCREAM superando todas las expectativas.

La banda de Bill, Tom, Georg and Gustav explotaron en el 2007 siendo la banda revelación más importante en toda Europa y convirtiéndose en el fenómeno fan musical más importante en los últimos años.

Su participación en la Gala de los Premios Principales reafirmó el poderío de sus fans que no pararon de aclamar a la banda alemana durante toda la ceremonia.

El periódico gratuito 20 Minutos, a través de sus lectores han votado a Tokio Hotel como el Segundo Mejor Artista del Año 2007, superado solo por David Bisbal. Asimismo este mismo periódico publica que Pilar Rubio y Bill Kaulitz son los dos personajes Más Sexys del 2007.
