Berlin (RP). Tokio Hotel finally published the new album “Zimmer 483″ in Friday. In March the four young rock musicians are starting the big Europe Tour. No other German act has that kind off success. With the new album they want go even further.

“Over the end of the world” and probably even beyond that. The name of their second album “Zimmer 483″ can be understood as a measuring staff for everything that it’s to come. For the four boys , with this new album, to tie from the debut album “Schrei”, is to they could be recognized as a more serious Rockband.

Is the presure of success too high for you?
Bill Kaulitz: We made ourselves and we are releaxed, and we haven’t got any thing to be concered about so there is no presure from the bare begining. There was no official date of when the album needed to be finished. But we wanted to finish the album quickly, so that everybody would be happy.

The album is called “Zimmer 483″. For what does it stands for?

Bill: It’s a number of a finch(room) in Spain, were we last year went for a vacation and to write the new songs.

Tom: Finally it was only that, only songs were written there.

Georg: When we came back, everybody started asking us why aren’t we brown. As for music, the album sounds more rockiger and harder. The songs are full with the guitar sound. The somehow sound melancholic and dark, and the lyrics are very pessimistic.

Bill: The first impression develops fast. But when you hear it for the second time you will get the message that it’s in there. For an example “Übers Ende de Welt” tells about how exciting was the past year for us and we want to motivate others to have fun also.

Tom: The song is to encourage you. The fact that it sounds dark, is that Bill has a much deeper voice comparing the previous album.

About which topics are you singing about, and whom do you want to encourage?

Bill: Well, it’s because where are going so good and there are so many humans in the wolrd that aren’t so lucky as we are now. For example we have our post office were we receive so many letter and complains from our fans that their parents want to seperate or leave each other and those kind of stuff. And in use of addition, we want to help them with our songs to get over it somehow.

What gets you mad, nerved, about success?

Bill: Paparrazzis. They get on your nerves so much extremly.

Tom: We can’t even to the Baker normaly.

How much free time have you got for yourselves?

Bill: Very few. But when somebody needs a rest a break from everything, then it’s not a problem. Then we drove back home for a couple of days. We all sometimes desire that we don’t have strenght anymore.

A man needs strength also for the graduation. Georg and Gustav already have one. But what about you Bill and Tom?

Tom: Completely beautiful dragging. School is already full time job. and the music is even more.

Bill: So we haven’t got much time left.

How does school function, if your all the time away?

Bill: It’s like a remote studying. We get our tasks dispatched by post office or via internet. We must complete our tasks and then send it back.

But you hopefully still have graduation to maintain?

Bill: Yes. Nobody can say that this music will eternally go like this. It’s good when that happens you can go back.

Bill and Tom are represented as two opposites twins. Are you that totally different?

Bill: We have probably more similarities then opposities

Tom: Our thought and dreams are very often the same. And also from the character we are similar.

Seeing you, not at all. What differences do you have?

Tom: We have a completly different music taste. I like more HipHop. Bill likes more Rock music. We also haven’t got equal girl taste.

Bill: Oh. Those were often very similar types.

Tom: But there wasn’t no controversy there. Bill wasn’t very saour(angry) if I had taken his girl.

What makes you so successful?
Bill: I think it’s because of our age. We are old as our fans.

Success makes people envious and try to mocker you? How do you deal with criticsm?
Bill: The band is already seven years alive. Already when we were playing under the name “Devilish” back then in small clubs, people thought about us that we were good and bad at the same time. We are as we are. Recently we were on a Satire-Magazin. That we found also cool. Not many can make it till there.

How does one day in Tokio Hotel life looks like?
Bill: Today we got up at 8.30 a.m. That’s terrible for us. We are all totally long sleeping persons. Then it all goes approximately the same every day. Appearances, interviews, a lot of flying and lond drives. Sometime we are in three cities in one day.

In March your big Europe Tour is starting. Your popularity constantly grows. Where is this all going?

Tom: We will surely go more abroad. But first, we need to bring this Tour to a successful one.

And how much time Bill is left for you to preapare your frisure? Does it take long?
Georg: It doen’t take long as it looks it does.

Bill: Something more then a half an hour.

Georg: I even have a longer bath then that.

I think it’s so wonderful and refreshing to see a band stick up for what they believe in and stand true in their accomplishments. They’re not just like “yeah, whatever, I just really want the money…who cares what everyone feels with the F***ing music.” They are strong and curagious, and I truely am proud of all of them for their success. I know they’ll continue to be great.
